• During busy periods, live breaks, product releases, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer shipping across New Zealand, with international shipping available on request.
All orders are securely packaged to help protect:

• Sealed packs
• Sealed boxes
• Break hits
• Merchandise
Packaging Standards
We aim to ship all items safely and professionally:
• Single cards may be shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, card savers, team bags, or protective cardboard support.
• Higher-value cards may be shipped in one-touch cases or additional protective packaging where appropriate.
• Sealed products are packed carefully to minimise movement and damage during transit.
• Break shipments may be combined where possible to save on shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order size
• Delivery location
• Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website or during special promotions.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Break Shipping Policy
For customers participating in live breaks:
• Shipping for break hits may be invoiced separately or included depending on the break format.
• Multiple break results may be combined into one shipment where possible.
• Base cards, veteran cards, or bulk commons may be handled differently depending on the specific break rules listed at the time of purchase.
• Please check the break listing or description for any specific shipping conditions before purchasing a spot.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of sports cards and sealed collectibles, please read our returns policy carefully.
All Sales Final on Opened / Randomised Products
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law:
• Live break spots
• Opened packs
• Opened boxes
• Random team/player break entries
• Cards pulled during live breaks
• Products where contents are determined by chance
Because sports cards are collectible products and outcomes are random, we cannot offer refunds based on:
• Dissatisfaction with a card pull
• Not receiving a desired player, team, autograph, patch, or insert
• Market value changes after purchase
• Manufacturer collation or print quality issues outside our control
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• The wrong item
• A product that is significantly damaged in transit
• An item missing from your order
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the packaging and item(s)
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• Replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Refund (where appropriate)
Sealed Product Condition
Please note:
• Sealed boxes and packs may have minor shelf wear, plastic wrap imperfections, corner wear, or manufacturer packaging marks.
• This is common in the hobby and does not automatically qualify as damage.
If product condition is especially important, please contact us before purchasing.
Card Condition Disclaimer
Cards pulled from packs may have manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
• Surface scratches
• Print lines
• Edge wear
• Corner imperfections
• Off-centering
Primetime Sportscards is not responsible for manufacturer-related defects on trading cards. Any grading outcomes are not guaranteed.
Change of Mind
We generally do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Price changes after purchase
• Pull results from breaks
• Personal preference
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier provider.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:
• Please first check your tracking information
• Contact the courier provider where possible
• Then contact us if you need assistance lodging an enquiry
We are happy to assist where we can, but we are not liable for courier delays outside of our control.
